Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is not free—customers are responsible for shipping costs. If the brand decides to offer free shipping, this will be clearly communicated before the order is placed.

International orders are shipped 3–5 business days after production. However, in some cases, delivery may take up to two weeks.

Orders within Latvia are shipped via Omniva or DPD Parcel Service and usually arrive in 2–5 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons or high-demand periods, deliveries may be delayed.

All of our garments are designed, cut, and sewn in-house. Each piece is handmade. Our current production time for orders of 1–3 items is 3–9 working days. We do not keep inventory—every item is made to order. This approach supports sustainability and offers a more personalized experience for our clients.

Orders in Latvia

  • Orders ship via Omniva or DPD and usually arrive 3–5 business days after production.

  • All orders include delivery confirmation and tracking.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please double-check your shipping and billing information at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages.

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance.

International Orders

  • International orders ship via DPD and typically arrive 3–5 business days after production, though delivery may take up to two weeks. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Orders are delivered to the nearest postal office. You will receive a notification from the local postal service when your package is ready for pickup.

  • Most international shipments include tracking, but we can only provide tracking information supplied by DPD.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct.

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
